AngularJS directive to create a dropdown like structure or a single menu item with a list of choices. The directive has 2 modes that attend to different needs.

Dropdown Mode: It functions as a dropdown and can have images and a placeholder string.
Menu Mode: It functions as a single menu item with a popup list of options
